Seeds of Change (SOC) is a nursery that specializes in native plants from the mid-Atlantic region. We are a part of Howard EcoWorks non-profit organization. We offer a wide range of perennials, shrubs, and trees that are suitable for your garden or landscape.

We're open from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 1 pm during spring and fall.

SOC also collaborates with the Howard County Department of Correction to create a
jail to job pipeline for incarcerated people.

We provide them with training, education,
and hands-on experience in sustainable landscaping, plant care, and propagation
techniques.

Our goal is to help them find job opportunities and reduce recidivism.

Our nursery has several display gardens that serve as training and educational sites
for our workforce development programs, master gardeners, scouts, and school
groups.
