Dear friends, colleagues, partners, supporters, clients, and EcoWorks followers, Over the past 10 years, EcoWorks has grown from a single program in Howard County (the READY program, begun and initially administered by the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay) to a multi-faceted organization working across the Baltimore region with multiple programs, lines of business, and community impact.

Executive Director

Howard EcoWorks seeks an Executive Director to lead organizational strategy, operations, and community impact while advancing its mission to empower communities to conserve and restore natural systems. This full-time role oversees staff, fundraising, and program delivery to ensure long-term growth and sustainability.

Land Manager

Howard EcoWorks is seeking a full-time Land Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and development at Holly Hills, our 16-acre property in Glenwood, MD. This role will lead native plant nursery development, land stewardship, and community engagement to support EcoWorks’ mission and sustainable growth.
