What to Expect
Our Natural Resources Specialist will meet with you to collect information on your property, preferences, or concerns to gain an understanding of the current conditions of your property.
Post Consultation
A report will be delivered that will address any problem areas such as:

Erosion and or invasive species

Provide sustainable garden solutions and recommendations.

Identify priority zones for remediation that may include garden installation

Or providing solutions and recommendations according to existing site conditions.

Our recommendations will be eco-friendly with a focus on prioritizing stormwater management, flood prevention, and environmental sustainability.
PRICING
Residential: $200 for 1 hour
HOA/Multi-Unit/Commercial: $250 for 1.5 hours
WHAT PROJECTS NEED SITE CONSULTATIONS?
If you're looking to get a garden installed, that would require a plan, you will need a site consultation prior. If you are facing stormwater drainage issues, and need help generating ideas from a professional, this is an ideal service for you.

Site consultation sessions are available every Wednesday & Thursday from 9 am - 4 pm.

SERVICE RANGE
The Service range is a 15 -mile radius from office, located at
9770 Patuxent Woods Drive, Columbia, MD 21046. Additional mileage will be an added fee and will be accepted on a case by case basis.
